Natalia Meiriño (dancer) began her flamenco dance studies in 1984 and graduated in 1999 as Bailerina de Danza Contemporánea fra Instituto Universitario de los Artes de Buenos Aires.

One year later, in 2000, she left for Madrid to specialize in flamenco. She studied at the flamenco academy Amor de Dios under La China, La Tacha, Manuel Liñan og Rafaela Carrasco.

Already in 2001 she began her professional career as dancer at Los Gabrieles, but continued rapidly to the real flamenco dance restaurants (tablaos) such as La Axarquia, Al-Andalus og Corral de la Moreria, where she is still a very popular dancer. During this time, she also started teaching at the well established school El Horno in the centre of Madrid. Natalia is currently enjoying life in Madrid, which she combines with concerts and teaching world wide, for instance The Czech Republic, Netherlands and Japan. 

In Japan she worked at the famous tablao El Flamenco in Tokio where you have also seen Sara Baras, Belen Maya ans Rafaela Carrasco among other great dancers.

For the moment being Natalia is working in Argentina.
